Tenancy Conference 2025

Back in August the team attended The Tenancy Masterclass Conference held by Tenancy.co.nz.

The event was held at the Tākina Event Centre in Wellington and comprised of a full day of training, speakers and networking with industry peers and suppliers.

The topics covered were broad covering a wide range of topics such as tips for wellbeing and safety, marketing, bond updates from MBIE and all important updates and insights into the upcoming changes around pets in rental properties.

Our very own General Manager, James Moran, was also included in the panel of speakers for the 'Operational Excellence' section. James along with two other heads of departments were invited to answer questions around the day to day operations of a Property Management Business and share their knowledge and experience with the audience.

The day event was followed by an evening awards dinner where Just Property Management were shortlisted and awarded in the category for Healthy Homes Compliance Excellence.
