7.95% plus GST of rent collected, with a portion of this going to the Malaghan Institute to support cancer research.
Plus a tenant implementation and changeover fee of $375 plus GST when a property is advertised and new tenants are found.

1.5% of rent collected, plus a new tenancy establishment fee of $99 plus GST.
